Yahoo Slander Puts Family In Danger

My ex employer was arrested and recorded it and put it on youtube.
In the video while being arrested he gives my name and where I am from, claiming I am in a white supremesist gang which is not true. Myself, fiance and 2 daughters are now in hiding fearing that either this gang is looking for us because they know we are not with them and so is every gang that isn’t white because they may think we are with them. Need help asap.

First off, you probably have a very good chance of getting this removed by Youtube to solve the danger issue quickly.
We also spoke with this individual and they were interested in also suing this employer for defamation. That is definitely possible on something like this as well. While it seems "obvious" who posted this, be careful. I would suggest treating this much like an "annonymous" poster and then laying the ground work to PROVE who has done it. That way, there is little chance of them being able to create "but I don't know who posted that your honor defenses".
