Picture & Defamation On TheDirty.com

0

A very old picture of me at a bachelor party was posted on a website called TheDirty.com. This picture, which was in the hands of a former business partner, puts me in a bad light and all the comments that are now happening “annoymously” I believe are tied to the same individual.

Along with the picture are a number of false statements.

Id like an idea of what it would cost to confirm the identity of the poster and along with the remarks made.

Thedirty.com is seems to be a place where a lot of ex's (ex girlfriends, ex-spouses, ex partners, ex employees) like to go and do their "dirty" business.

First off, their is definitely a way to get behind who is doing that assuming the information is defamatory.   Option 1 is going to be to find out if a cyber investigator can get to the bottom of it.   Without revealing too many details of how they operate, they may be able to get to the bottom of this depending upon what other information you might have.

Option 2 will be to use the discovery process of John Doe litigation to sort out all the pieces, bring proper justice, and to get removal.

Our sponsor, www.cyberinvestigationservices.com, is one of the few groups in the world that specialize in that type of work.
