I am not a lawyer or business interest but a private person doing a favor for a family member who does not have a computer. I have an email address associated with a disconnected phone number. This address is no longer active as of a few months ago. Would you be able to trace how this address was paid for and in whose name the method of payment is registered? Also, is there a way to legally retrieve the content of the emails relative to this address? Please advise if either of these things can be done and what would be the cost.

A very old picture of me at a bachelor party was posted on a website called TheDirty.com. This picture, which was in the hands of a former business partner, puts me in a bad light and all the comments that are now happening “annoymously” I believe are tied to the same individual.

Along with the picture are a number of false statements.

Id like an idea of what it would cost to confirm the identity of the poster and along with the remarks made.

I have had a stalker following me off and on for a few years with emails and phone calls. I think this stalker has friended me on my facebook. I believe this is a fake profile. This person is posing as a woman but I think it is a man (my stalker). This person says they are a designer and photographer but no info on business and business name goggle does not recognize, no website. They also told me they downplay their profile due to their daughters being in the legal profession (sounded all made up and fake to me!)
I looked at her photos on fb and used “tiny eye” reverse image search and found several of the real designers work they are passing off as their own. This person has tried to lure me to meeting with them by asking me to come to another country where they live to visit, all under the assumption it is a woman (when I truly think it is a man). This person also has set up an email specifically for me (the first email said test only) then followed by another email with text. My computer was hacked into a few weeks ago and I received a short email saying-”good morning, was your computer hacked?” from them. On their profile they leave posts that are scaring me and so much more than I can email in this brief description. I think I know who this is(never met this person) but he is a professional peer of mine through an online forum for my profession. I need prof to verify who this is and if I am correct in my fears. I have the email and also they are still fb friends with me as I was waiting to find out who this is before deleting them as they will only make another profile or I believe follow to some other forum etc.
This is frightening me and I am concerned on my safety as this person has shown anger and threats in the posts. Can you find the IP and who (name address etc) this is? Can you help me? If so costs involved and how you would go about doing this.

We ar in a political race and someone is posting libel against our candidate on a website. We need to know who the registered owner of the website is and who is posting to it using fake names.
